The power supply for lighting, cooking, and heating comes from a small water driven electrice turbine (1.4kw) and a wood burning stove adds to the snug atmosphere. The walls are insulated with a hemp and lime mixture, local sheep’s wool insulates the roof. The EcoBooley is situated on a working Dairy farm.
