Kenmare House Self Catering is a beautiful 4-bedroom, self-catering house situated just 2.5km from the well-known heritage town of Kenmare, County Kerry. After a day touring the Ring of Kerry or the Beara Peninsula, guests can relax in the sun room or in front of a roaring log fire and enjoy the comfort that this stunning house offers. Kenmare House provides guests with spacious and tastefully decorated accommodation throughout. The house can sleep eight people comfortably and we provide all linen and towels – just turn the key in the door and your home away from home awaits you. Lawned gardens blend seamlessly into the rolling countryside surrounding the house and hard wood patio furniture provides somewhere to sit and admire it.

Downstairs, Kenmare House offers modern and stylish living accommodation designed with total guest comfort in mind. A large and bright hall leads guests into the spacious sitting room with leather couches, open log fire, wide screen TV and DVD player. Just off the sitting room is the sun room with views over the surrounding countryside. The hub of the house is the large fully-fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The dining area has a large wooden table and chairs with seating for 6. Downstairs has wooden floors and smart tiles throughout. The utility room provides laundry facilities and if the weather is good, there is line outside for hanging washing. 2 doors lead out of the downstairs bathroom, one to a double bedroom and the other into the hallway. There is also a playroom on the ground floor with its own TV and Xbox to keep the kids entertained. There is also a single bedroom on the ground floor that can double as a playroom.

Upstairs, Kenmare House is carpeted throughout and has three well-appointed double bedrooms. There are three double bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom is en-suite and also has a large walk-in closet. A spacious family bathroom features a large jacuzzi bath. The bedrooms are bright and airy and offer views over rolling countryside. All bedlinen and towels are provided and beds will be made before you arrive, so just turn the key and enjoy your holiday.

Surrounding the house and mature trees on the boundaries give screening and privacy. Hardwood garden furniture at the back of the house offers guests a chance to relax and enjoy uninterupted views of fields and mountains. This area is fenced and gated to keep little ones safe, and there are plenty of grassy areas as well for games of football. There is ample secure parking at the side and behind the house. A set of golf clubs are available free for guest use.
