Molphys self catering is a fabulous house and is ideally situated in the village of Omeath, 5 miles from the bustling towns of Carlingford in one direction and Newry in the other. The living areas and entrance are on the first floor and take full advantage of the beautiful views over Carlingford Lough and Warrenpoint.
It is tastefully furnished, with a welcoming open fire, fully equipped fitted kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. There is access to a lower garden from the ground floor whilst the upstairs boasts a balcony and decked area.
You enter Molphys self catering from the back and on the top floor. At the entrance there are some steps down to the front door. All the living areas are on this floor, lounge/kitchen/diner with balcony, utility. Toilet and whb, and 1 twin bedroom and there is also a decked area at this level.

Omeath is a small village in County Louth on the east coast, close to the border with Northern Ireland. The area is steeped in Irish history, with spectacular coastal scenery. The property is within a short walk of local pubs, shops and restaurants. It is close to Carlingford which offers many wonderful pubs with traditional music, great restaurants offering varied cuisine and great shops. With some challenging golf courses, nine altogether, and four pitch and putt courses in beautiful surroundings, Louth is every golfers dream.
The area is a renowned centre for hill walking in the Cooley and Mourne Mountains. There are excellent walking trails virtually from the doorstep of Molphys self catering.
