There is also a large en-suite bedroom downstairs which is encased in local stone. Upstairs there are three double rooms – one en-suite and two twin. There is also a bathroom upstairs.
The house has panoramic views in all directions and is not overlooked. It is on a one acre site and is peaceful and tranquil. However, it is only one mile from the picturesque village of Portmagee, which is a fishing village. At nighttime it is a hub of activity with its pubs and restaurants which offer a very high standard of cuisine.
The house overlooks the village, sea and the bridge to Valentia Island. Trips to the famous beehive stone huts of the hermit monks on the Skellig islands can be arranged. The house is fully furnished to the highest standards. Golf, fishing and beaches are all within radius of this house. This traditional house is suitable for a maximum of 8 persons.
