In the lounge, the large open fireplace to enjoy while you watch television. There is electric storage heating available should you require it. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The home has a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom upstairs, two twin-bedrooms, a second bathroom as well as the kitchen-diner that are downstairs. The kitchen-diner has a high wooden ceiling – giving it a feeling of air and space.

Each house is rented with a 7m (23ft) cruiser. These day boats are ideal for fishing and exploring the many nearby waterways. They are powered by a 25 horse power diesel inboard engine and are supplied with life-jackets and charts. All boats have a cabin and a small galley with cooker. Perfect for a riverside picnic. Walking along the canal or the “Miners way” a signposted walk around the Arigna Mountains and Lough Allen and visiting the Arigna Windmills to see one of the most magnificent views of Ireland.
