Murlach Cottage is a modern family home in a quiet location in Ballyconneely on the Roundstone road, 7.5 Km from the town of Clifden, offering self catering accommodation 4 bedrooms, and only 1 min walk to local pub, Restaurant and shop.

This beautiful cottage is finished to a very high standard with a fully equipped kitchen which includes Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Electric Hob, Double Oven, Coffee Maker.

Downstairs has a lounge with Sky channels and a DVD player, Kitchen with breakfast bar, Dining room, Two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and shower.

Upstairs has a double en-suite bedroom with bath and shower. A converted attic contains a twin bedroom with two single beds, accessed via a spiral stairs.

Ballyconneely lies near Clifden, along the coast road, and is a gateway to some of the finest beaches, stunning views, and dare we say it, best golf in the west.

Keoghs Bar is synonomous with the words good & fun, so saying that our bar has an atmosphere of good fun is easy to do. Our beer garden affords great views of the 12 bens, and Roundstone Hill, and there you can enjoy a nice drink and food is served all day. The best of Irish entertainment is provided for our patrons, the Guinness is good, the craic flows, and you can while away an evening chatting with friends or making new ones, as the bar is also the local.

There is no finer spot to leisurely while away those fragrant summer days, whether sightseeing, walking, or golfing, and of course the nights are well catered for also.

We invite you to come and visit, and taste what our area has to offer. Of an evening, our restaurant has a well earned reputation for its fine cuisine, specialising in the daily catch of local seafood. We serve the best of local produce from land and sea in a beautiful atmosphere.

After your meal in our restaurant, why not take a pleasant stroll in the evening air, or have a relaxing drink in our beer garden, before joining us for a night of music, craic and chat in the bar. During the summer we have nightly music for all our visitors.

Our shop, has been serving the local and visiting community as far back as we can remember, providing general groceries, toiletries, delicatessen and an off-license. Our friendly staff are always keen to help with whatever query you might have.

So whether you are staying a week or a weekend, you are never going to go short on those essential items, or that bottle of wine for that special dinner.
