This 200 year old rural farmhouse makes a great base for touring the sights of Wexford, and the South East of Ireland. The house is located within sight of Tacumshane Lake, one of Ireland's finest bird watching sites. Nearby is Tacumshane Windmill, the oldest remaining windmill in Ireland. Also nearby is the village of Kilmore Quay, where boats can be chartered for fishing, or to take a trip around the Saltee Islands.

There are numerous golf courses in the vicinity. If you just want to relax, there are the extensive beaches of County Wexford, in Ireland's 'Sunny South East'. The house comes with a large enclosed garden, which includes a patio area with picnic benches and bar-b-q stand.

South facing sun room with seating for six people. Kitchen containing washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and seating for twelve. Spacious lounge containing seating for ten, TV & DVD player. Freesat satellite T.V. is available with all free to air channels from the UK, including all BBC channels, all ITV channels, Channel4, etc. A selection of dvds is also provided. Double bedroom. Twin bedroom. W.C. Bathroom (shower over bath).

Cot, high chair and stair gate provided. All bed linen and towels included. Oil central heating is 40 hours included, 1 euro per hour thereafter. 2 euro coin meter for electricity. The living room also has a flame effect electric fire. A selection of board games, jigsaws, buckets and spades, and a PS2 games console with games, is available for a 70 euro deposit. A selection of adult and childrens books is also provided.
