The master bedroom is found on the top floor and has the benefit of ensuite facilities, with Velux windows and far reaching views towards the coast. Two beautiful beaches can be enjoyed only a short walk away, ideal for bathing, strolling and surfing.

Golfers will delight at being only a stone's throw from the famous Ballybunion links course, known as one of Ireland's best coastal courses. Merrow Lodge doubles as a great touring base for visiting many other attractions in County Kerry, and County Clare can be reached using the nearby ferry at Tarbert. An ideal holiday destination.

The popular seaside village of Ballybunion is situated in north County Kerry at the mouth of the Shannon Estuary. It is famous for its seaweed baths, and provides an ideal destination for an unforgettable Irish holiday. The village has two Blue Flag beaches, separated by the ruins of a castle. The castle appears on the world famous emblem of Ballybunion Golf Club, which boasts two separate and challenging links courses.

Local bars and restaurants use the best of local fresh produce and serve Irish and international cuisine, and for a spot of culture, visit the Tintean Theatre, with performances all year round. The sea and cliffs surrounding Ballybunion attract many species of wildlife, including sea otters, seals, porpoises, falcons and dolphins, while on land, the countryside and coastal paths mean the area remains a walker's paradise.

Ballybunion also offers a playground overlooking the beach and an indoor swimming pool and leisure centre, while within easy reach are the amenities of Listowel and Tralee.
