With the attractive village of Ardara just 4 miles away, boasting craft, gift shops and traditional pubs together with a host of festivals and lovely sandy beaches. A perfect location to both relax and enjoy all there is on offer in this part of County Donegal

Three bedrooms: 2 x double, 1 x twin room (bunk bed). Two bathrooms with bath and shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with open fire.

Full oil central heating with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, colour TV with satellite, stereo/CD. all power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request.Parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden to front and rear with garden furniture. One well behaved pet welcome. Cot available on request.

Ardara is one of the most attractive villages in Donegal and is set in a wide valley where the Owentocher River entres Loughros More Bay. Visitors can enjoy the many craft and gift shops, together with the traditional Irish pubs. There are many brown-trout lakes in the area for budding fisherman, or why not discover the nearby caves and falls of Maghera. Enjoy walking the magnificent Glengesh Pass, with spectacular views over the Atlantic from Loughros Point.

Each March the village hosts a successful walking festival with walkers coming from all over the world, while May boasts the annual 'Cup of Tae' traditional music festival, Donegal town 17 miles away, is situated at the mouth of Donegal Bay, on the River Eske and is overshadowed by the Bluestack Mountains, which provide a great base for hill walking. With Donegal castle, and the remains of a Franciscan abbey which dates back to the 15th century, there is plenty of Irish history to absorb. With its sandy beaches boasting good surfing conditions, restauts,shops and pubs this is a perfect base for an Irish break
