Treacys Farmhouse is in a brilliant location, set in a peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of life. A traditional farmhouse on owners working farm, 5 minutes drive from Portumna and River Shannon and Lough Derg.

It has four cosy bedrooms, which consists of one en suite downstairs. It also has a delightful bathroom and shower. The holiday home is comfortably heated with oil fired central heating and bed linen is supplied free. It also has a beautiful kitchen and dining area, and is tastefully furnished throughout.

Enjoy a barbeque with friends and family on a summers evening. This beautiful property is located on a traditional working farm and it also has the added facility of private parking.

Enjoy a peaceful day angling on Lough Derg. Saddle up and see the beautiful countryside on horseback. Enjoy the beautiful nature trail that borders Lough Derg. The local area is famous for it's amenities which include good fishing, horse riding, two 18-hole and one 9-hole Golf Clubs, and the stunning forest park, which is free entry to everyone, and can cater for special needs visitors. Also in the local area is an expansive karting track, boats for hire on Lough Derg, and a stunning Bog Train which takes a tour through the nearby bog, where visitors can view peat turf being cut, and processed.

While in Galway, take time to visit the Aran Islands you will be in awe at their breathtaking scenery and amazing history.
